Shipping Policy

  • Thanks so much for visiting Kiwi Bargain. Here is the information about our shipping within New Zealand please do get in touch with us if you have any questions.
  • We stock in New Zealand. We normally dispatch every day apart from weekends and public holidays. Our delivery timeframe is normally 3 - 5 days.
  • All orders are shipped between 24 to 48 business hours. You will get an email once the order is dispatched.
  • Our Courier Partners NZ POST and NZ Courier.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped you will get an email with tracking information. You can lodge enquiries within this link.

Delivery Time Frame

  • Once the item is dispatched from our warehouse it may take 3 - 5 days to deliver. Please allow an additional 2 - 3 days for rural areas.
  • South Island order delivery time frame may affect by Ferry Schedule. You can track this with the tracking link Provided.

My courier is delayed?

  • It is crucial to remember that the estimated arrival date given may alter as a result of unforeseeable events like breakdowns, traffic, schedule limits, or the preference given to time-sensitive freight. Please be aware that we have no control over this and that it is entirely up to the courier services we utilize to deliver your items.
  • We cannot issue any refunds or replacements until the courier has determined the item was lost during transit. We know that this can be frustrating. From the date of the initial order, this could take a few weeks.

What If my courier is lost in transit?

  • If the courier company deems your items as being lost in transit, then we will send a replacement item out at no extra cost to you.

 

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us.

If the goods sent to you are faulty or were sent to you in error, we will send you a prepaid courier label for you to send the products back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible, prior to opening, if you are wishing to return your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@kiwibargain.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4/152, Lansford Crescent, Avondale, Auckland 0600. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and ensure to contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
